Dr. Garikipati, also known as Dr. G, and his family relocated to the Bay area from Ohio in January 2021.
Dr. G worked for several years in a busy small animal practice in Dayton, Ohio, with a focus on preventive care, emergency care, dental care, and surgical procedures. He spent a year practicing veterinary medicine in India and worked as faculty for six years during veterinary school in Ethiopia. His passion is providing the best quality care to pets and educating clients in making the right decisions for their pets. In his spare time, Dr. G enjoys taking road trips, camping with friends, and watching movies.
Dr. Inna Magner
DVM, CVA, CVTP
Dr. Inna has been practicing veterinary medicine in the Bay Area since 2005. After completing a small animal internship in Sacramento, she worked as a general practitioner in a busy veterinary hospital in Daly City and worked as a relief veterinarian in several general practices.
In 2015, following her certification as a Small Animal Acupuncturist through the Chi Institute in Florida, she started a house call mobile service focusing on acupuncture, Chinese herbs, food therapy, integrative veterinary care, and geriatric care. She also became certified in Tui Na (Acupressure) through the Chi Institute and gained Fear Free certification.
Dr. Inna joined Animal Cove Pet Hospital in 2022 and is excited to incorporate the different therapeutic modalities she learned along with general medicine to improve and support the health and vitality of pets as well as strengthen the human-animal bond. Her passion is in pain management, geriatric care, client education, and integrative medicine while seeking sustainable ways to reduce the impact on the environment.
When not working, Dr. Inna likes to spend time with her family exploring the beautiful Bay Area. She also enjoys volunteering in her community and doing beach clean-ups.
Her fur babies are two rescue cats named Goose and Blueberry and a super energetic rescue dog named Amber.

Dr. Bill Rivers
Board Certified Radiologist
Dr. Bill Rivers is a consulting radiologist here at Animal Cove Pet Hospital. He graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1984 and completed an internship with Dr. Steven Ettinger in Los Angeles the following year.
After, Dr. Rivers spent several years practicing general small animal medicine throughout the San Francisco Bay area before completing specialty training and earning a Ph.D. in Radiology from the University of Minnesota.
Following his time on staff at two veterinary schools and a private specialty practice, Dr. Rivers established his Bay Area Consulting practice in 1989. In 1995, he became board-certified as a specialist in Veterinary Radiology by the American College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Rivers performs complex ultrasound exams for our patients and assists us in interpreting complicated x-ray studies. Thanks to his extensive experience and training, he helps us achieve our goal of providing high-quality veterinary care for our patients.
